I work with people carrying complex trauma to reclaim the self through deconstruction, de·armoring, + Ancestrally-rooted liberation practices, all shaped by a lived-experience lens. My work centers representation + reclamation—reframing how we see ourselves + redefining what it means to truly stand in our own name.I speak with fierce truth-telling + grounded care—no glitter, no quick fixes, just clear frameworks, honest conversations, + permission to remember what’s already yours.
